Suite rates range from $225 to $300 per week, depending on the size and location of the suite. Rent is collected on a weekly basis for your convenience.

Your rent is all-inclusive, covering high-speed Wi-Fi, utilities (electricity, water, heating/AC), janitorial service for common areas, access to shared client waiting areas and restrooms, plus a refresh station equipped with a coffee station, shared mini fridge, and shared microwave.

Most suites are designed for single occupancy. However, we can accommodate double occupancy upon request and approval, provided all practitioners meet licensing and insurance requirements

We offer standard annual (12-month) contracts to ensure stability for your business, but we build in flexibility for early termination should your business needs change.

Yes. All professionals leasing through SOVCO LLC must maintain an active business/professional license and appropriate liability insurance.

Select suites are equipped with their own in-room handwashing sink. For suites without an internal sink, there is quick and convenient access to a shared handwashing station located right in the main hallway.

Yes, confidentiality is a priority. Every suite features sound-insulated construction, its own secure lock for client privacy, and an individual white noise machines in every suite and shared corridor to ensure appointments remain completely confidential.

Standard building entry hours are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If your practice requires late night or weekend access, we can accommodate custom arrangements upon request. Clients can wait in our comfortable reception area upon arrival which features a coffee station.

Absolutely. You can paint, furnish, and brand the interior of your suite to align with your business, provided the space is returned to its original condition upon move-out.
